Returns

1. Eligibility for Returns:

 Items must be returned within 4 days of delivery.

Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Certain items are non-returnable, such as:

Sale or clearance items.

 Items marked as “Final Sale”

Health and personal care items (e.g., supplements).

2. How to Request a Return:

We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.

3. Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.


Refunds

1. Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the status of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please wait 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

2. Non-Refundable Situations:

 Items not in their original condition or missing parts due to customer handling.

 Items returned after the return window has expired.

3. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund.


Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.


Cancellations:

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return it following the steps outlined above.
